In Intellibook, open the "Settings &gt; Integrations &gt; CRM" tab. ​

Under "Intercom", click the "Edit" button and paste in your Intercom App ID as well as ticking which pages you want Intercom to load on: ​

Click "Save" and you're all done! ​ ​

Check that the Messenger settings are in place within Intercom under "Settings &gt; Installation &gt; Web"
